Very friendly staff. Loved that everyone was approachable. Our finance guy was awesome I can't remember his name, but he really went into depth with our paperwork and even offered to help us get a reimbursement on our trade in extended warranty. He made us feel very comfortable purchasing our 5th wheel and even gave us some financial advice. Juan was the person who did our walk through he took very good care of us and explained everything to us in detail. He helped with questions on our hitch since this was our first 5th wheel purchase. Friendly effective customer service. My wife and I traveled from GA to AZ to purchase a used airstream from a private owner. After purchasing the airstream I needed some advice on lubricants for external parts on the airstream and on twin axle support for changing tires. We also needed some "muscle" to tweak our hitch nuts and bolts to 257 FT LBs. Steve handled our questions on lubricants and twin axle tire changes with Aaron handling the torquing of the hits nuts and bolts. We also met the sales manager, Jett, as she and her team were preparing for their weekend potluck. What nice people. We would have loved to stay and partake but we needed to be heading back to GA.
